ABOUT THE STORY
A musical journey from tradition to the true meaning of Christmas, The Story - SnowGlobe is told through the perspective of four different globes, each with its unique view of this wintery celebration. You will enjoy many familiar Christmas songs filled with warmth and hope, as well as others that are sure to be new Christmas favorites. Some interactive elements submerge the audience into the scenes and give them opportunities to be a part of telling the story. With characters, dancers, choir and live musicians, the fun of Christmas is sure to entertain even our smallest audience members.
Guests attending The Story - SnowGlobe are also invited to experience Wonderland, a fun-filled festival presented by our NextGen Ministries. Take pictures with Christmas characters, create holiday crafts, decorate fresh-baked cookies, and adventure through our interactive Christmas Wonderland. Wonderland opens 90 minutes before each presentation of The Story, and will remain open for 1 hour. Admission is included with your ticket to the The Story - SnowGlobe
Wonderland is only open to guests with tickets to The Story. Separate tickets cannot be purchased only for Wonderland.
Legacy 68:5 is thrilled to announce the opening of The Oaks, an integrative care center. The Oaks will provide accessible, affordable, holistic, trauma-informed care for kinship, foster, and adoptive families in our city. Through a professional, multidisciplinary team, families will experience a high level of care at placement including counseling, occupational and speech therapies, legal care and more.
We invite you to be a part of a family's journey by bringing an item from The Oaks' Amazon Wishlist with you when you attend the show.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE STORY?
Tickets are required for admission to The Story and can be presented on a mobile device or printed out. If available, tickets can be purchased at the Box Office in the Fitness and Recreation Center prior to each presentation. Tickets also grant admission to Wonderland
The Story runs 1.5 hours and does not have an intermission. Woship Center doors open one hour before the presentation. We recommend arriving one hour prior to the presentation to allow plenty of time for parking, picturetaking, and to stop by CornerBooks. The arrival time for Wonderland is 90 minutes before each presentation. Please finish your food and drinks before entering the Worship Center.
Parking is available in the church's West and South parking lots.
CHILDCARE
As a courtesy to others, we ask that guests register for childcare for children too young to sit quietly during The Story. If you choose to take your child to the presentation, all children ages 2 and older must have their own ticket. Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket, but must sit in an adult's lap.
Childcare is available during the 7p presentations on Friday and Saturday nights for birth-3 years old. Childcare opens one hour prior to the presentations and is provided by paid and certified employees of Houston's First.
Childcare is $15 per child. Registration can be made at the time of ticket purchase or in a separate transaction. Please have the child's birth date available when registering. Registration closes at 11:59p on Thu, Nov 30.
